I am still alive!

Just busy, busy, busy!!! Did you not see my last post??? New puppy and a baby? I am not getting much sleep, but on the upside I am getting plenty of fresh air!!!

WHAT???

What is that black blob next to my cute baby? Oh yeah!!! It's DeeOhGee! Yep I have gone off the deep end and decided we needed even more things to look after. It is a good thing he is so cute! The kids have been really helpful but I am not getting much sleep as he wakes often at night. It's like having a newborn, but I have to take this one out in the cold. Oh well we are in love with him now! He really is a very well behaved, sweet as pie puppy. We got another good one. Hopefully tomorrow I can get a pic of his cute face, so you can see just how adorable he really is.

Halloween 2008

So we have Neo (AKA Logan), Goth Cheerleader (AKA McKenzie), BumbleBee (AKA Ethan), Yoda (AKA Dylan), and Huney Pot Bear (AKA Sophie).

We went to Mom and Dad's this year. We had a great time, although after Lincoln St. and The Circle Ethan was done. Little did he know we still had Main St. and Holt Ave. to do, somehow he made it. Dylan and Sophie however did not, they both crashed into the stroller. They did get lots of candy so it was all worth it!

Oh NO she didn't!

Yes my 6 month old is pulling up! Little miss does NOT understand the meaning of BABY!

Ethan's BAD Day!

Ethan attends Mrs. Parker's Pre-School here. Yesterday he decided that going down the playhouse slide face first was a good idea. I don't think he will be doing that again.



His face looks like major rug rash today, but luckily no bruising so I don't think he broke anything. Between Ethan and Dylan I see lots of trips to the E.R. and Dr. Barry.

Busy!

I wish I could have remembered how busy you become when your youngest child becomes mobile. I am constantly running after her! She simple refuses to stay in the "safe" living room, instead would rather venture into the dining room and kitchen. She even made it to the laundry room the other day.
Of course now everytime Dylan sees I have an empty lap he has to climb right in, even if Sophie is laying right in front of me needing a diaper change. I know he misses cuddling and I do too, but sometimes it is just nice to be able to have an empty lap for more than 2 seconds (someday!)

Sophie's newest trick

This is starting to scare me! She is NOT allowed to be doing this stuff yet. Someone needs to tell her to stop! She really does wear clothes, it just seems that she likes to do new things in just her diaper. Hope this does not mean anything for her future ;)

Sophie's one track mind

Sophie is now crawling which is great but as you can see she has a one track mind. She really wanted the toy remote, but I tried to trick her with a fabric ball. Yeah that worked!

Sorry it is so fuzzy it was off my cell phone, maybe I should charge the real one!

Happy 5th Birthday Ethan!

Happy Birthday to the cutest, sweetest, most energetic 5 year old I know.
He finally got the gift he wanted today and has been happy ever since!

Ethan's Birthday Cake

So as many of you know Mike has many talents. One of them is creating cakes for his kid's birthdays. Many of you will remember the Spongebob cake he made McKenzie for her birthday. Well here is another one of his creations.

Pretty cool huh? Ethan and the rest of the kids were pretty impressed as well. Dylan of course just wanted to eat it, but he did admire it for a second.

My first post!

I have decided that my wonderful family is too far flung and I am tired of repeating myself 50 billion times. So, therefore I am starting this blog and then I don't have to repeat myself and 20 years from now I will have a way to remember the funny things my children have done over the years.
